We have a no-quibble, 100% satisfaction-assured on all of our items except all 14KT gold items and all statuary for 60 days after purchase. If you are not pleased with an item, simply mail it back to us, postage-paid, in re-sellable condition, and we will happily replace it or refund your money. There are no returns or exchanges after 60 days of purchase. Items must be returned in new condition and in original package. Refunds will be processed only after the product has been returned and inspected by the Miraculous Medal Company. Shipping charges will not be refunded on returned items. Shipping costs will be refunded if product was shipped in error by Miraculous Medal Company or if product is defective.
